Thrombopoietin (TPO) protects against heart damage induced by doxorubicin and infarction in rat models

In order to examine the mechanism of TPO on cardiac protection against DOX damage, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify genes with the potential to delineate the TPO cardioprotective mechanism against DOX-induced cardiomyopathy为探究血小板生成素（Thrombopoietin, TPO）对抗阿霉素（Doxorubicin, DOX）心脏损伤的保护机制，本研究采用全基因组微阵列表达谱分析作为发现平台，以筛选出有望阐明TPO对抗阿霉素诱导型心肌病心脏保护机制的相关基因。
