Communication Analysis Nuremberg

Determinations of all data and information flows between the individual
city departments, between the city departments and the citizens as well
as between the city departments and other institutions of the city
(e.g. political authorities, state and federal authorities as well as
other public corporations).

Topics: In order to determine the communication streams and
interconnection density a detailed recording of the number of contacts
was undertaken. Furthermore it was determined which government offices
have contacts with which other government offices so that the network
of relations of the individual departments among each other could be
specified. Additionally the manner of establishment of contact
(written, telephone or oral) as well as the initiator of the contact
was recorded.
