This is a supplementary data for the paper entitled 'Towards the practical and robust DNA-based data archiving by codec system named 'Yin-Yang''. This is the sequencing raw data of the synthesized oligo pool for storage of three digital file collections including Tao-Te-Ching, Shakespeare's Sonnet and a scientific image, the sequencing result was obtained from BGI-seq.
