The columns are SNP name, chromosome number, base pair position, recombination rates between current and preceding SNPs in Holstein females, Holstein males, Jersey females, Jersey males, Brown Swiss females, Brown Swiss males, Ayrshire females, and Ayrshire males, respectively.
