This repository contains GWAS summary statistics for the PHQ-9 depression symptom items from the paper: "Depression symptom-specific genetic associations in clinically diagnosed and proxy case Alzheimer’s disease", published in Nature Mental Health (https://doi.org/10.1038/s44220-024-00369-0). 

Files contained here are for the full MTAG meta-analysis and for each of the contributing sample from the UK Biobank (Mental Health Questionnaire and Experience of Pain Questionnaire), GLAD and PROTECT.
