To investigate the how TET1/3 remodels the chromatin landscape during iTreg cell differentiation and the role of autonomous IL-2 in this process, we performed ATAC-Seq on CD4 T cells that had been stimulated for 48hrs in the presence of TGF-b and in the presence or absence of exogenous IL-2. Overall design: Comparative chromatin profiling analysis of ATAC-seq data for control and Tet1/3-deficient CD4 T cells that were stimulated for 48hrs in the presence of TGF-b and in the presence or absence of exogenous IL-2. Biological replicates were performed for each condition.
