Replication materials for: Determinants of early-career emigration among health science graduates in Spain: a two-cohort cross-sectional analysis

This deposit contains the R analysis scripts and variable codebook for the paper "Determinants of early-career emigration among health science graduates in Spain: a two-cohort cross-sectional analysis" (Mihi-Ramírez, Human Resources for Health, under review). The deposit includes four R scripts covering data preparation, variable harmonisation across EILU survey waves (2014 and 2019), weighted logistic regression models with HC3 robust standard errors, average marginal effects, and all tables and figures appearing in the manuscript. A codebook documents the correspondence between INE source variable names, cross-wave encoding differences, and the analytical variables used in the models. The underlying microdata (EILU 2014 and EILU 2019) are not included. They are available free of charge from the National Statistics Institute of Spain (INE) at https://www.ine.es under standard public-use terms. Full reproduction instructions are in README.md.
