This repository contains the **RAW** sequencing data for the high-temp SWELTR study. Trimmed reads (with primers removed) are deposited at the European Nucleotide Archive, study accession number **PRJEB45074 (ERP129199)**. Raw fastq data files are named by plot number (P1–P10). Names containing the suffix **-8C** are samples warmed by +8°C.
