This dataset is for the paper "An explanation for the dominant seaward-convex planar curvature of global trenches from the perspective of plate shell mechanics"It comprises a dataset and a MATLAB script. Place all files from the data_base folder and the MATLAB script into a single folder; running the MATLAB program directly will generate the corresponding figures.In matlab script:To load different data for visualization, modify the code following "load". The results displayed in the command-line window are as follows: "cur" represents the boundary curvature of the model, and "dif_v" represents the difference in vertical load V0 at the axis (equivalent to "diff_V0" in the manuscript).
