资源简介:
The quality of early embryo development is closely related to the pregnancy outcome and offspring health of IVF-ET. In recent years, there is increasing evidence that acupuncture may have a positive effect on POR patients during IVF-ET. Acupuncture may improve pregnancy outcomes by regulating hormone balance, improving ovarian function, effectively improving embryo quality, and increasing the number of high-quality embryos. However, the mechanism by which acupuncture improves embryonic development in POR state is not yet fully understood. Transcriptomics, by measuring and analyzing the quantity and type of RNA molecules, can not only help us understand the developmental abnormalities of POR embryos, including the reasons for the decline in embryo quality and the decrease in the number of high-quality embryos, but also help us analyze the changes in gene expression before and after acupuncture intervention, thereby revealing the molecular mechanism of acupuncture improving embryo development. Therefore, this study explored the effects of acupuncture on early embryos of POR mice based on whole transcriptome sequencing analysis, in order to provide scientific basis for future clinical practice.
