Cucumber was used to investigate interaction among host plants and ToLCNDV which isolated from different geographical area in our study. This crop is one of the important cucurbit cultivated around the world and being a major source of food. However, their production was limited especially in Spain under ToLCNDV threat. Thus, there are necessary to study about response of cucumber in the interaction with various pathogens to control disease and improve crop yield.
