We report here the draft genome sequences of two New Zealand Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris (Xcc), isolates Xcc4013 and Xcc32 a necrotrophic bacterial pathogen of crucifers. These two isolates belong to race 4 and 2 respectively and differ in virulence. These genome sequences are a valuable resource for comparative genomics within the Xcc races and can significantly contribute to our knowledge of intraspecific and inter-racial genomic diversity present in Xcc.
