资源简介:
Phospholysine phosphohistidine inorganic pyrophosphate phosphatase (LHPP) has tumor suppressor properties and is down-regulated in several malignancies. Herein, we conducted a systematic analysis of LHPP in pan-cancer based on TCGA, GTEx, and CPTAC databases. We found that LHPP is widely down-regulated in tumor tissues compared to normal tissues in thirteen cancers (All P < 0.05) and associates with a favorable prognosis in several cancers. Except for clinicopathologic features, LHPP expression was also related to immune infiltration, tumor mutation burden (TMB), microsatellite instability (MSI), mismatch repair genes (MMRs), and DNA methyltransferases in many tumors. In summary, our pan-cancer study provided insight into the role of LHPP in tumorigenesis.
