Global gene expression patterns were determined from NGS on hypertrophying tibialis anterior muscles after 2, 10, 20 and 30 days resistance training (1 hour post exercise) and control muscles. Overall design: 4 Animals were used for each timepoint, comparing the stimulated (trained) left tibialis anterior muscle and the unstimulated (contralteral control) right tibialis anterior muscle.
