Data underlying the publication: Phage tRNAs evade tRNA-targeting host defenses through anticodon loop mutations

This dataset accompanies the study <em>“Phage tRNAs evade tRNA-targeting host defenses through anticodon loop mutations”</em> and contains data generated to uncover how bacteriophages adapt their transfer RNAs (tRNAs) to escape bacterial immune systems. The research objective was to investigate the molecular mechanisms by which phage-encoded tRNAs avoid host-encoded tRNA-targeting defenses, focusing on sequence variations in the anticodon loop.
