<strong>Data sets of supplementary materials</strong>These include the focused ultrasound transmittance measurements, electrical recordings under imaging conditions and fUSI recordings with and electrode array:<br>This datasets were generated to assess whether the investigated electrodes influence the focused ultrasound transducer field, functional ultrasound imaging (fUSI) images, or electrical recordings are influenced by fUIS. The research is experimental and methodological in nature, combining Doppler ultrasound imaging of an ultrasound flow phantom, focused ultrasound transmittance measurements, and electrical recordings performed under fUSI conditions. Data were collected using controlled laboratory setups, including a focused ultrasound measurement system for pressure field recordings stored as HDF5 files, an oscilloscope for electrical recording data stored as CSV files, and a fUSI setup with imaging data converted to MATLAB (.mat) files.
