Genome sequencing, assembly and population resequencing in twenty marine teleost fish species from the northeastern Atlantic and the Mediterranean Sea

Comparative study of micro- and macro-evolutionary histories of 20 fish species with similar Atlantic-Mediterranean distributions, but contrasted biological and ecological traits. The project aims at evaluating the contribution of species life history traits to different evolutionary processes influencing genetic diversity, connectivity and speciation.
