Supplementary Files for: Keloid formation risk, gut microbiota and blood metabolites: A two-step and multivariable Mendelian randomization study
收藏资源简介:
This study employed two-step and multivariable Mendelian randomization (MR) to investigate the potential causal relationships between gut microbiota, blood metabolites, and keloid formation risk in an East Asian population. The gut microbiota and blood metabolite GWAS data were derived from 3,432 Chinese individuals (Nature Genetics 2022), and keloid GWAS data from multi-ethnic samples. This upload contains all supplementary materials for the associated manuscript, including: - Supplementary Tables 1–16 (MR results, heterogeneity tests, pleiotropy tests, FDR correction, mediation analyses, sensitivity analyses, etc.) These files support the findings reported in the paper and enable full replication of the analyses. Further details can be found in the main article.
