Epigenetic regulation in small intestinal epitheliel cells with butyrate exposure

H3K9Ac enrichment in intestinal epithelial cells from the intestine of WT mice treated with vehicle or buytrate for 7 days. Intestinal epithelial cells were harvested from the terminal ileum of vehicle or butyrate treated mice. Chromatin immunoprecipitation was performed with anti-H3K9Ac. Sequencing was performed using the Illumina and reads were mapped to mm10 genome using STAR Aligner.
