Minority shareholders protection and executive compensation contract effectiveness: Evidence from the establishment of the China Securities Investor Service Center

Our sample period covers 2013–2022 since the execution of shareholder rights by the China Securities Investor Service Center began in 2016. A-share listed companies on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges are included in our sample.
