A mouse model of Wnt1-driven mammary tumors was generated. Specifically, PdfraH2B-GFP mice (C57BL/6) were crossed to MMTV-cre(A)-Wnt1 transgenic mice (FVB/J) to generate the raGFP-Wnt1 mouse line. CD34-high and CD34-low fibroblast cells were then FACS sorted from mammary tumors from the raGFP-Wnt1 mice. Overall design: CD34-high and CD34-low fibroblast cells were sorted from three raGFP-Wnt1 tumors, to create six samples in total.
