Please use the do file named "program.do" and execute the codes in Stata to reproduce the results of all tables and figures except Figure 2. Figure 2 is created by Geoda software, so it is not convenient to introduce its operation procedure by code. For its related data, please refer to "Fig2.xls" in the folder "data".
