Mouse brain data from: Tractography from Serial Optical Coherence Tomography: How and Why? Data includes: Mouse brain S-OCT reconstruction at 10 microns registered to Allen template (`from-oct-10um_to-amba-10um_fix-offset.nii.gz`) Estimated orientations using multiscale Frangi filters method (`frangi-orientations.zip`) Micro-ODF inside small ROI used to find best spatial averaging window width (`muODF_search-width.zip`) Tractograms for varying tracking parameters for left brain hemisphere (`tracking_param-search_L.zip`) Left/right thalamocortical projections reconstructed from 2,000,000 seed positions each (`tracking_nt-2000000.zip`) Tractograms for the right hemisphere filtered by viral tracing experiments from the Allen Mouse Brain Connectivity Atlas (`tracking_filtered-ambca.zip`) Due to excessive file size (77GB), the estimated micro-ODF for the whole brain are excluded from the dataset, but available upon request. Alternatively, they can be estimated from the precomputed orientations in `frangi-orientations.zip`.
