Whole Transcriptome Sequencing analysis of ovarian tissues in Pishan red sheep and Hu sheep

Pishan red sheep and Hu sheep are sheep breeds with excellent reproductive characteristics. In order to explore the similarities and differences in the expression of reproductive-related genes between the two sheep breeds, the expression of reproductive-related genes in the two sheep breeds was analyzed, in this study, whole transcriptome technology was used to mine the differentially expressed RNAs in the ovarian tissues of Pishan red sheep and Hu sheep with + b and + + genotypes of FecB gene during estrus, and to explore their effects on fertility.
