“金华交投中欧班列运费贷”是为浙中国际利用智慧联运平台(ICTMP)为登记在册的货代公司提供的金融数据产品，通过向银行提供货代公司的季度、半年度、年度月均运金额数据，进而帮助银行衡量企业的季度、半年度营收情况以及评估货代公司的授信额度，支撑银行为货代公司提供基于信用的线上融资服务。1、数据采集：从ICTMP平台采集货代公司的名称、时间和运金等数据；2、数据处理：对采集到的数据进行清洗、分类汇总，对货代公司名称进行匿名化处理；3、数据加工：计算近3个月月均运金额=近3个月运金总额/3；计算近6个月月均运金额=近6个月运金总额/6；计算近1年月均运金额=近1年运金总额/12；4、数据应用：银行经货代公司授权，通过中欧班列运费贷数据产品，输入中欧班列指定货代公司名称及时间段，可查询该公司近3个月月均运金额，近6个月月均运金额、近1年月均运金额，从而帮助银行评估货代公司的授信额度。
"Jinhua Jiaotou China-Europe Freight Train Freight Loan" is a financial data product developed by Zhejiang China International for registered freight forwarding companies via its Smart Intermodal Transportation Platform (ICTMP). By providing banks with the monthly average freight amount data of freight forwarding companies on a quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis, this product enables banks to assess the quarterly and semi-annual operating performance of the enterprises, evaluate their credit lines, and support banks in providing credit-based online financing services to these freight forwarding companies. 1. Data Collection: Collect data including the name, transaction time and freight amount of freight forwarding companies from the ICTMP platform; 2. Data Preprocessing: Clean, classify and aggregate the collected data, and perform anonymization processing on the names of freight forwarding companies; 3. Data Calculation: Calculate the monthly average freight amount of the latest 3 months = total freight amount of the latest 3 months / 3; Calculate the monthly average freight amount of the latest 6 months = total freight amount of the latest 6 months / 6; Calculate the monthly average freight amount of the latest 1 year = total freight amount of the latest 1 year / 12; 4. Data Application: With the authorization of the freight forwarding companies, banks can query the monthly average freight amounts of the latest 3 months, latest 6 months and latest 1 year of the designated freight forwarding companies via the China-Europe Freight Train Freight Loan data product by entering the company name and time period, so as to help banks evaluate the credit lines of the freight forwarding companies.
