Single-award framework agreement with order forms for maintenance, repairs, small renovations and equipment works on municipal buildings in 5 lots

This consultation has been carried out with a view to concluding a framework agreement for the provision of maintenance, repairs, small renovations and equipment on the municipal buildings of the city of Brignoles for one year. It can be applied to some small new work sites.
The contract shall start on the date of its notification. Its duration is set at 12 months up to the maximum commitment amount for each lot. There is no minimum order amount.
The framework agreement is divided into five lots:
The maximum annual amount of orders for all lots is €210 000 excluding VAT
Lot 1: ‘Carcasswork – Masonry’: Maximum annual amount of orders 30 000 € excl. tax
Lot 2: ‘Electricity – weak and strong currents’ Maximum annual order amount 50,000 € excluding VAT
Lot 3: ‘Painting – Faux-Plafonds and partitions – Glued coatings’: Maximum annual amount of orders
€100 000 excl. tax
Lot 4: ‘Wood, aluminium and PVC joinery’: Maximum annual amount of orders 20 000 € excl. tax
Lot 5: ‘Ferronnerie-Serrurerie’: Maximum annual amount of orders: €10 000 excl. tax
Candidates may respond to one or more lots.
Candidates will make a separate price offer for each lot they wish to be awarded.
They may not submit tenders which vary according to the number of lots likely to be obtained.
The annual expenditure on the previous contract amounts to approximately €100 000 excluding VAT, for all lots combined.
