This is the database which should be used with suvtk or the Submission of Uncultivated Viral genomes toolkit. It contains an mmseqs2 database with viral proteins of ICTV taxa for taxonomic classification. In addition, it also contains a second mmseqs2 database of sequences from the Big Fantastic Virus Database (BFVD) for sequence feature annotation.
