This dataset contains proteomic data obtained by mass spectrometry from four analyzed mouse heart samples under the following experimental conditions: WT normoxia, WT hypoxia, Hif1a+/−normoxia, and Hif1a+/−hypoxia.The data were used to generate figures presented in the manuscript: "Chronic hypoxia protects the mouse heart from oxidative stress via HIF-1α-mitochondria crosstalk", currently under peer review.
