Triclocarban affects early embryo development in mouse through disrupting maternal-to-zygotic transition and epigenetic modifications

To explore the effect of TCC on mouse preimplantation embryo development, we collected the in vivo fertilized eggs, treated them with 0, 2, 4 and 6 µM TCC, respectively, and observed the early embryo development of the control and TCC treatment groups. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of control and TCC-treated embryos.
