Dataset of artificial species used to validate Bayesian image restoration for species distribution models

The dataset is composed of 2994, each row represent an ordnance survey grid cell (Messtischblatt in German).

The columns are:

"MTBID": Identification of ordnance survey grid cell
"TK_NR": Identification of ordnance survey grid cell
"NORD": North coordinate value (lattice data)
"WEST": West coordinate value (lattice data)
"tpocc": True probability of occupation of grid cell by artificial species
"tocc": True presence-absence of artificial species in grid cell
"pspl": Probability of sampling grid cell
"ncsp": True number of control species in grid cell
"pobs": Probability of observing artificial species
"obs": Presence-probable absence of artificial species in grid cell
"csp": Number of control species observed
"wdf": Water deficit (standardized)
"gdd": Autumn growing degree day (standardized)
"fors": Percentage of forest(standardized)
"mta": Mean annual temperature (standardized)
"pre": Sum annual precipation (standardized)
"alt": Mean altitude in grid cell (standardized)
