Eliminating non-autoreactive Antibody Accumulation Mitigates Duchenne muscular dystrophy

Importantly, by reducing such antibody accumulation via depleting B cells, we successfully alleviate muscular dystrophy and enhance muscle function in both murine and non-human primate (NHP) models of DMD. Our findings reveal a critical step in DMD pathogenesis and highlight the potential of targeting antibody accumulation as a promising therapeutic strategy for DMD treatment.
