Supporting data and reproducible analyses of hepatic LPA signals in relation to statin exposure

This deposit contains the supplementary data and reproducibility materials for a study of hepatic LPA-related RNA signals in relation to statin exposure. It includes analysis code, derived results, figure source data, supplementary tables, and supporting documentation for analyses of the GSE130991 human liver-biopsy cohort and the GSE191092 primary human hepatocyte RNA-sequencing experiment. The materials support cohort regression, donor-blocked differential expression, pathway enrichment, sequence-specificity assessment, and reproduction of the reported tables and figures.
