Prenatal diagnosis of Dent disease type I with a nonsense pathogenic variant in the CLCN5

We analyzed the clinical data and outcomes of a child with Dent disease type I and a fetus suspected of having Dent disease type I. To discuss theprenatal diagnosis of Dent disease to improve clinicians' understanding of the disease and previously reported cases were reviewed.
