This dataset supports the findings of the paper Threatened flowering plants have higher pollination deficits (Lin et al., submitted to Nature Communications). The data are part of the GloPL dataset (Bennett et al., 2018; https://doi.org/10.1038/sdata.2018.249) with the inclusion of plant threat status. It contains two sheets. The first sheet contains data analyzed in the phylogenetic meta-analysis. The second sheet contains data analyzed in the structural equation modeling.
