We present a complete theory where: (1) Classical Einstein equations emerge from minimality of d = 6twistor networks, (2) Quantum effects (discrete gravitons, UV finiteness) arise from the graph’s spectral properties, and (3) All scales are derived from a single parameter κ (ℓmin = κ 1/2 ≈ 10−18 m). The model predicts testable modifications to gravitational wave propagation and black hole area quantization.
