Data and code to accompany submission titled 'Global threat abatement potential for terrestrial vertebrates'

This repository of data and code supports the submission of the article titled 'Global threat abatement potential for terrestrial vertebrates' to the journal Global Eoclogy and Biogeography. Full data descriptions and provenance information will be completed on acceptance. This includes: species AOH maps at 1 km resolution (.tif), details of species filtering and validation results for AOH maps generated (.csv), global maps of threat abatement potential in total and for each threat at 1km resolution in Mollweide Equal Area Projection system (.tif), a table of the START score per species per threat per gadm country and R scripts to reproduce the full workflow including calculating area of habitat and START. Please note that, as with any Red List-derived data, for commercial purposes this data must be accessed via the Integrated Biodiversity Assessment Tool (IBAT, www.ibat-alliance.org).
