This file contains the phenotypic data used in Tavalire et al. for the time to onset of bTB heritability analysis, characterization of infection and proliferation resistance, and the analyses of cost and survival following infection. Each row corresponds to an animal identified by a unique Animal_ID, followed by demographic and phenotypic information. All animals are female.
