These data are from juvenile red snapper (Lutjanus campechanus) and include gene expression data taken from RNA extracted from livers and spleens, length change over time, weight change over time, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) analytes and concentrations at hours 0 and 48. The experiment was run for 17 days at Gulf Coast Research Laboratory under 6 conditions: control, Vibrio control (fish exposed to Vibrio anguillarum only), 0.563 ug/L PAHs, 0.736 ug/L PAHs +Vibrio, 17.084 ug/L PAHs, and 15.779 ug/L PAHs + Vibrio. Fish were sacrificed at days 8, 10, and 17 of the experiment. This dataset supports the publication: Rodgers, M. L., Takeshita, R., & Griffitt, R. J. (2018).
