Darwin's finches gut microbiome

Darwin's finches are a classic example of an adaptive radiation, and have been studied extensively since first popularized by Darwin himself. Here, we perform 16S sequencing of fecal samples from a large number of Darwin's finches from around the Galapagos to help reveal trends between gut community and phylogeny, diet, biogeography, and other factors.
