Part I: Modeling data used in "Evaluating the Biogeophysical and Biogeochemical Impacts of Large-Scale Adoption of Cover Crops and Agroforestry"

This dataset accompanies the paper currently under review: Xia Zhang, Bo Huang, and Francesco Cherubini (2025). Evaluating the Biogeophysical and Biogeochemical Impacts of Large-Scale Adoption of Cover Crops and Agroforestry. The dataset contains modeling outputs and configuration inputs from the Community Earth System Model (CESM) simulations conducted for the study. It includes key CESM configuration files (inputs) used to run the simulations, as well as daily output variables used in the analysis, all stored in NetCDF format. Each output file contains the full daily time series for a single variable over the analyzed period. Files prefixed with "COVERCROPS" refer to simulations focused on cover crops, while files prefixed with "AGROFORESTRY" refer to simulations focused on agroforestry.
