GAL-2 Y2038 Dataset v0.3: Legacy Machines with GAL-2 under Y2038, Collapse or Continuity?

This package provides strong single-machine evidence, and near-final proof for the tested workloads, that the real GAL-2 daemon path preserved exact alignment and continuity against a controlled live Y2038 source, including daemon restart mid-run, while signed 32-bit legacy handling collapses.
