针对90MPa 氢气隔膜压缩机(氢压机)高参数整机设计(高压力、高排量、高可靠性)、高压临氢材料疲劳氢损伤、整机可靠性等方面的问题,建立复杂工况下氢压机多场耦合热动力学模型,揭示高温高压下氢压机核心部件载荷和应力应变变化规律,指导氢压机核心部件精确设计与开发,包括膜片组结构优化设计、缸盖膜腔多曲率型面设计以及配油盘油道结构尺寸/分布优化设计等,提升氢压机的性能与可靠性进行高压临氢环境下动静密封技术研究、高压大排量隔膜压缩机振动控制方法研究和高效换热系统开发为保障氢压机整机可靠性提供科学指导。
This study addresses the challenges including high-parameter whole machine design (high pressure, high flow rate, high reliability) of 90MPa hydrogen diaphragm compressors (hydrogen compressors), fatigue hydrogen damage of high-pressure hydrogen-exposed materials, and overall machine reliability. To tackle these issues, a multi-field coupled thermodynamics model of hydrogen compressors under complex working conditions is established, which reveals the variation laws of loads, stress and strain of core components of hydrogen compressors under high temperature and high pressure, and guides the precise design and development of core components, including optimal structural design of diaphragm groups, multi-curvature profile design of cylinder head diaphragm cavities, and optimization of structural dimensions and distribution of oil passage structures in oil distribution plates. Furthermore, to improve the performance and reliability of hydrogen compressors, this work conducts research on static and dynamic sealing technologies in high-pressure hydrogen-exposed environments, studies vibration control methods for high-pressure, high-displacement diaphragm compressors, and develops efficient heat exchange systems, so as to provide scientific guidance for ensuring the overall reliability of the hydrogen compressors.
