RNA Seq In Isolated Crypts from Duodenum, Jejunum, and Ileum

RNA was extracted from crypts from the three portions of the small intestine Overall design: mRNA profiles of crypts from murine Duodenum, Jejunum, and Ileum, were generated by deep sequencing in triplicate. Followed by DESeq2 analysis with outputs of pairwise comparisons of differential expression in the three cell types.
