Data, Results and tools code for MetaNetMap paper reproducibility

MISTIC – Coralie Muller – MetaNetMap Data Repository MetaNetMap is a Python tool designed to map metabolite information from metabolomic data onto metabolic networks. This repository contains all the files and code required to reproduce analyses presented in the article: "MetaNetMap: Automatic Mapping of Metabolomic Data onto Metabolic Networks" (Muller, C. et al., 2025) BioRxiv, ensuring full reproducibility. Information The MetaCyc conversion table cannot be provided due to licensing restrictions. The MetaNetX conversion table is included. Contents README: Contains detailed descriptions of each dataset and instructions on how to reproduce the article’s results using the MetaNetX conversion table.
