EMO BON Observatory Station AAOT (CNR-ISMAR)

The Acqua Alta Oceanographic Tower (AAOT) is an EMO BON observatory station operated by the National Research Council, Institute of Marine Science (CNR-ISMAR) in Italy. The sampling site is located in the Gulf of Venice (Adriatic Sea, Eastern Mediterranean Sea). Seawater samples are collected every two months. The sampling campaigns started in February 2022. All procedures follow the EMO BON Handbook. All EMO BON genomic data generated from the AAOT observatory station will be included under this study.
