RNA-seq data of Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDA) patients. peripheral blood mononuclear cells

20 samples of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 10 PDA patients before (I) and after (II) CT treatment. The data reported here are a tsv for each sample obtained after applying the following pipeline. Assessment of fastq file quality was conducted using fastqc. Skewer was employed for trimming fastq files, and STAR 2.5 was used for mapping against the Human genome version hg38. The annotation by GTF file has already been performed.
