The repository contains datasets for the work titled "Haplotype-resolved diploid genome inference on pangenome graphs".Description:1) Graphs.zip: Contains the MHC graphs for the leave-one-out experiment.
2) Reads.zip: Contains the Illumina short-reads for the coverages: 1x, 2x, and Total.
3) Truth.zip: Contains the ground truth VCF files.
4) hprc_haps.zip: Contains the MHC haplotypes accessed from Zenodo.5) MHC_CHM13.gmap.zip: Contains genetic map for MHC region of CHM13 reference, accesed from GitHub, Zenodo.6) VCFs: Contains VCFs for the leave-one-out experiment.
The scripts are provided in the DipGenie repository to reproduce results.
