Incidence of non-suicidal self-harm among hospitalized adolescent girls: a prospective cohort study. Data for Year 2.

A total of 1901 patients were included in the study over 2 years: 893 in the first year and 1008 in the second year of observation. This dataset presents the results for year 2 (09/01/2023-08/30/2024).
In this study, the analysis was carried out taking into account key variables that could influence the baseline results.
1. Sociodemographic data:
• Age, gender, place of residence, parenthood status (biological parents or guardianship).
Data source: medical records, medical information system data, results of examinations by doctors (head of department, psychiatrist).
2. Clinical data:
• Diagnoses according to the ICD-10 classification.
• Repeat hospitalization.
Data source: medical documentation, data from the medical information system, results of examinations by doctors (head of department, psychiatrist).
3. Data on aggressive and autoaggressive behavior:
• Presence of episodes of aggression, autoaggression, suicidal behavior.
• Information on referral for examination to determine the disability group.
