资源简介:

There are different meanings for intellectual Capital from the beginning. Itami, one of the greatest scientists in the field of IC defined IC as “intellectual capital as intangible assets which includes particulartechnology, customer information, brand name, reputation and corporate culture thatare invaluable to a firm"s competitive power” (Itami, 1987). Another pioneer in the field of IC Stewart states intellectualcapital as knowledge, information, intellectual property and experience that can be putto use to create wealth (Stewart, 1997). There is a different definition coming from Edvinsson (in Bontis, 2000) intellectual capital as applied experience, organizational technology, customerrelationships and professional skills that provide a firm with a competitiveadvantage in the market. And also there is a mismatch between the concept and definitions of IC Bontis (2000) defines intellectual capital means individualworkers" and organizational knowledge that contributed to sustainable competitive advantage, While Pulic (2001) includes all employees, their organization and theirabilities to create value-added that is evaluated on market into intellectual capital. Intellectual capital is nowadays a mandatory thing for booming the business (Pulic, 2002a). And also the strategic managers identified intellectual capital collectively affect the lower level to top level of a firm. In many countries including Japan, the various performance of firms is attributed to intangible assets.
