This study was conducted by Shanghai Yunxu Biotech Co., Ltd. Using high-throughput sequencing technology, plasma exosomes were used to preliminarily screen miRNAs for differential expression. Prior to sequencing, 6 samples each of individuals with lead exposure-induced bone abnormalities, lead-exposed individuals with normal bone structure, non-lead exposed individuals with bone abnormalities, and normal controls were selected after 1:1 gender and age matching. The plasma exosomal miRNAs from a total of 24 samples were tested.
